  1. Consultation - One of our project managers will meet with the homeowner to discuss the client's individual needs. Before discussing specific equipment, however, we will seek to learn about the client's lifestyle and system preferences. After this initial consultation, We will collaborate with the client in the process of home theater system design.
  2. Design - System design is a collaborative effort with the client. Pairing our expertise with the client's desires forms a most effective partnership. J/A/V Integrated Systems, LLC, will select only the finest system components, time-tested and proven to seamlessly integrate together, as a basis for the theater. Integrating these components into the unique homeowner's environment is of the utmost importance.
  3. Build - After determining the homeowner's needs, designing the system, documenting the system, and confirming an appropriate design with the client, then the build can begin.
  4. Test & Confirm - Although a system may be designed, built, and programmed artfully, nobody is perfect. This is why testing is so important -- testing to ensure every cable, component, and control command works as designed. Now that the system is built, once again, the design and function is confirmed with the homeowner.
  5. Operation & Support - After the consultation, design, build, and test phases, the system drawings are delivered to the homeowner and the operation and support phase begins. J/A/V Integrated Systems, LLC, will be a continual support resource to answer any questions or concerns, review system operation if necessary, and provide maintenance and support after the sale.
