  2. Design - System design is a collaborative effort with the client. Pairing our expertise with the client's desires forms a most effective partnership.   3. Build - After determining the homeowner's needs, designing the system, documenting the system, and confirming an appropriate design with the client, then the build can begin. This works for new homes under
